When the lounge closes at 4 PM, the building takes an hour to reset. Then at 5 PM, The Bar opens — same warm western space, now stocked with cold drinks and ready for the evening crowd.
Walk-ins are always welcome. Pull up a stool, grab a drink, and settle in. Whether it's a quiet Tuesday or a packed Saturday with live music on the stage, The Bar is the kind of place that feels like it's been here forever.

The Roundup's built-in stage is the heartbeat of the bar. Local musicians, comedians, and trivia hosts take the spotlight regularly — and on open mic nights, that spotlight could be yours.
The Backyard
Dog-friendly. Fire-lit. Open to the stars.
Step out back and settle in around one of our propane fire pits. The backyard is fully fenced, dog-friendly, and strung with lights — perfect for a quiet drink under the desert sky or a late-night conversation that goes longer than planned.
Come As You Are
The Bar is open Wed–Thu 5–10 PM, Fri–Sat 5 PM–1 AM, and Sun 5–10 PM. Walk-ins always welcome.
